Barbecana and Lucidus Consulting Free Half Day Seminar:

Two free half-day seminars on Risk Management, presented in conjunction with Lucidus Consulting.  Tony Welsh of Barbecana, will discuss the importance of schedule risk analysis and demonstrate Full Monte.  Peter Simon of Lucidus, will discuss checking qualitative risk models for quality.  The seminars will begin at 9.00 am.  A continental breakfast will be served at 8.30 and a light lunch at 12.30.
